1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ezstems.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The Service is provided as a free, experimental platform. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
Ezstems provides an online interface for the open-source audio separation tool, Spleeter. The Service is currently offered 100% free of charge and is subject to strict usage limits (20 uploads per day, 20MB maximum file size). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ezstems makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the quality of the audio separation output.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ezstems, its founder, or its hosting providers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Ezstems has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You use this site entirely at your own risk.
5. Acceptable Use & Abuse
You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Attempting to bypass the 20 upload / 20MB file size limits.
- Automated scraping, botting, or uploading via unauthorized scripts (API access must be explicitly granted by the admin).
- Attempting to upload malicious files, exploit server vulnerabilities, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.
6. Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy
Ezstems is a pass-through processing tool. We do not permanently store or host the files you upload. All uploaded files and generated stems are automatically deleted from our servers within approximately 1 hour.
User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to upload and process the audio files you submit to the Service. You agree not to upload copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright holder.
Takedown Requests: If you are a copyright owner and believe your work has been improperly processed or hosted on our temporary servers, please send a DMCA takedown notice to ezstems@gmail.com.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ezstems and its creator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
